Talking Statues is a companion app which enables you to hear statues talk. The project was started in 2013 in Denmark.

There are 2 ways of getting statues to talk. Some of the statues have a QR code you can scan, and then you can use the app. This page is about the app. The app only uses GPS.

No, the application and concept is based on what we call web view, it is like a webpage that starts on you phone. We do not use you phone numbers og collect data.

You find the statues by downloading the app and then you can choose 15 cities. The map will show where the Talking Statues are.

No, Talking Statues works with a monologue that is written by an author and then it is recorded with an actor.

You download the app from Appstore or Google Play. Then you choose the city you are in and then you need to locate 10 statues to get the reward.

Do I have to find the statues in 1 day? No, the memory in the app will remember how many you have and you can always continue where you left off.

Yes, all cities have the reward. When you download the app you can see the the reward is waiting in all 15 cities
